This notice covers Offset Athletic’s enquiry form, training questionnaire and client feedback form. Updated 18 October 2026.
What we collect
Your adult contact name, email, required mobile number, WhatsApp availability, preferred contact method and selected training areas. The training questionnaire also records your selected interests, experience, goals, formats, timing, venue access and availability preferences. You may provide optional messages, referral details and competition information. Please do not include medical details or other sensitive personal information.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, discuss suitable options and understand demand for training and group activities. Sending a form does not confirm a booking. Marketing email consent is optional and separate; it is not required to make an enquiry.
Junior enquiries
These forms are for adults and parents or guardians. For a junior enquiry, provide the adult’s contact details. A parent or guardian may provide the child’s first name, age band, experience, goals and optional pathway interests. Use a separate enquiry for each child. We do not request the child’s own contact details, exact date of birth, school name or medical history.
Client feedback and testimonials
The feedback form collects your chosen name, private email address, coaching area, comment and publication preference. We use your email only to identify or follow up on your feedback; it is never displayed in testimonials or added to marketing lists through this form. Feedback is private unless you explicitly permit website publication and the site owner approves it. Published comments display your chosen name and coaching area. You can leave private feedback or ask us to remove a published comment by contacting us. Adults and parents or guardians should submit feedback; please avoid children’s full names and sensitive information.
Storage and access
Submissions are stored in the website’s hosted database. The enquiry inbox is restricted to the authorised site owner, who may add private follow-up notes and status information. Microsoft Lists synchronisation and automated email notifications are not currently connected. Service infrastructure processes the data needed to host and operate these forms. Contact data is not published in the website’s public pages.
Your choices
You can ask about access, correction, withdrawal of marketing consent or deletion by contacting jon@offsetathletic.com. We retain information while it is needed for the enquiry and related administration, subject to applicable requirements. Marketing consent can be withdrawn separately from an active enquiry.
External contact services
Email and WhatsApp links open the service you choose to use. Those services also process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
